Join our 300 hours yoga teachers training course to build upon and deepen your understanding of the practice and teaching of yoga. Practice and discover advanced techniques and methods, and begin to teach with a greater level of skill.
The 300 hours yoga teachers training is an advanced, second level course offered only to those who have already completed their 200 hours yoga teachers training (YTT). Upon completion of the 300 hours yoga teachers training course, you are able to register as a fully qualified 500 hours RYT.
During your training we’ll delve further into the study of key yoga philosophy. You’ll study key yogic texts, including the Hatha Yoga Pradikipa, Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, and the Bhagavad Gita. Most importantly you’ll learn how to apply the wisdom from these ancient texts into your practice, your life, and your teachings. We’ll also work on sequencing and adjustments, with the aim of assisting you in finding your voice and developing your own unique teaching style. The 300 hours yoga teachers training begins to introduce Ayurveda (the science of life), commonly known as the medicinal sister of yoga. Both yoga and Ayurveda have their roots in Vedic teachings, and by combining the knowledge and practice of both systems we begin to create a complete approach to the wellbeing of body, mind, and soul.
